Pricing based on county-recorded square footage, verified on site.
Base Inspection — Starting at $400 for homes up to 1,500 sq. ft.
Condos — Starting at $350 for condos up to 1,500 sq. ft.
Thermal Imaging — Standalone inspection: $250 for properties up to 1,500 sq. ft., plus $25 per additional 500 sq. ft.
Drone Inspection — Standalone inspection: $150 for roof or property inspection. Includes up to one hour of time and up to 30 photos.
11-Month Warranty Inspection — Starting at $300 for homes up to 1,500 sq. ft., plus $25 per additional 500 sq. ft.
Homes built before 1960: an additional $50.
Homes over 1,500 sq. ft.: an additional $25 per 500 sq. ft.
