Common questions
How much is an inspection? An inspection for an average sized home starts at $400.00
How long does it take? An average inspection takes about 3-4 hours. Site conditions will determine the length. Our inspections are thorough and we take our time to make sure we do everything within our scope.
When will I receive my report? Within 24 hours after the inspection isn't uncommon, however most are done within a few hours of the inspection completion.
Can I attend? Yes! We welcome the client to walk the property with us and ask questions. There may be times we need to focus on a particular area so we don't miss any technical details.
Does a home pass or fail? An inspection documents observations; it is not a pass/fail certification.
Are re-inspections available? Yes! If a re-inspection needs to take place we can discuss those details when the time comes.
