Starting at $400 up to 1,500 sq. ft. Each additional 500 sq. feet is $25. Homes built before 1960 are an additional $50.

Inspections are a non-invasive, visual observation of readily accessible and observable systems and components of the subject property at the exact time of the inspection pursuant to the Ohio administrative code and the State of Ohio Standards of practice.
A home inspection is not a warranty or a code-compliance certification.
Timing and report
Typical inspections take around 3-4 hours on site and the report, including photos, is generated typically within 24 hours and delivered electronically for immediate viewing.

Starting price is $400. based on square footage and age of property. If you don't know the approximate age and square footage, you can check with the auditors website in your county for more information.
