Inspections are a non-invasive, visual observation of readily accessible and observable systems and components of the subject property at the exact time of the inspection pursuant to the Ohio administrative code and the State of Ohio Standards of practice.
A home inspection is not a warranty or a code-compliance certification.
Timing and report
Typical inspections take around 3-4 hours on site and the report, including photos, is generated typically within 24 hours and delivered electronically for immediate viewing.

Starting price is $300 based on square footage of property. If you don't know the approximate square footage, you can check with the auditors website in your county for more information.
